We were happy to welcome our first grandchild to the family on August 24, 2013 at 11:34 p.m. Margie was able to arrive there an hour before Shakirah Brielle was born and spent a week with Josh and Steph. Following are a few adorable pictures of the princess :)

after our wonderful time in PA we went back to Ontario and loaded up the huge semi-trailer for the move :) Thank you all so much for all the prayers lately...so many decisions to make!

summer festivities part 4

Many of you have been wondering what we have been up to... being in Mexico for 2 weeks has really slowed down our blogging :) (for some reason the internet wouldn't allow us to update the blog out there) following will be several pictures of our short, but precious time in Mexico.

summer festivities part 3

Greetings from Kansas, everyone! We had a great time in Michigan on Wednesday and on Friday we had a wonderful service at a prison here in Kansas. After the prison service we left to sounds of thunder and almost constant lightning...we serve a Powerful Lord! we had two church services here in Kansas yesterday and now we are heading out to beautiful Colorado!

"Across the miles there's someone praying for me.... across the miles there's someone on their knees lifting my name to the Lord above..."

The tour has been such a big blessing so far even though we encounter occasional sibling banters, close living quarters, disagreement in song order or clothing colors :) I have come to realize that life is a beautiful ride!
